¿Por qué recibo un 404 Not Found [IP: 104.18.36.234 80] después de intentar instalar ffmpeg ?

404 Not Found [IP: 104.18.36.234 80]Se puede llegar a la ip con ping y con un navegador ( enlace )
Está escrito Direct IP access not allowed se muestra en la página, pero eso es normal, ya que sólo apt de Termux se puede permitir.
